LEADERS EXCHANGE
BUY MY BOOK
eXchange
So you’re interested in an exchange.
While you might not know what that means yet in this context, you’re probably interested in being a part of a two-way, dynamic conversation about relationship discipleship. You’re most likely interested in the very real problems leaders face while trying to follow Jesus and guide others into the same journey.
If so, you’ve come to the right place.
In creating this digital space, I wasn’t interested in static information coming from me to you. My heart is that this Leaders ExChange be a space where you can access dynamic content from me and my friends, and then contribute to the conversation through discussion boards, article submission, live webinars, and more.
While I know that an online conversation for leaders is not the same as sitting around a table sharing a meal together, my hope is that what what we share within this digital space will refresh and encourage many on their journey every single day!
Sound like something you’re interested in being a part of? (We’d certainly love to have you.)

Holy Spirit Disciple Maker
Written by David Wade
As a disciple maker living out the Great Commission, it can often feel discouraging to pour so much of your life into a person or group of people, only to watch them get entangled in the same sin again, struggling with the same character issues, running into the same wall. Luckily for us, Jesus Christ didn’t come for perfect people.
Leadership Development
Written by Brad McKoy
It can be easy to do the right thing but miss it when it comes to motives. Developing healthy leaders is absolutely essential in order to see the message of the gospel spread, but if our reason for developing leaders is primarily to serve our vision for growth, then we are missing out on the most essential motive for investing in people.
Discipleship: Is it Worth the Mess?
The process of seeing Christ fully formed in someone is messy. In this video, Brad McKoy (Author of Culture of the Few) and Guy Glass from Cornerstone Church (St. Pete, FL) discuss how it is often in the midst of the mess that we see the gospel work. McKoy and Glass work to answer this question: In disciple-making, is it truly worth the mess to see the authentic form?
Being Fully Present
Written by Jasmine Tate
I have found that one of our innate human desires is the desire to be known. When a follower of Jesus truly chooses to be fully present in conversation with someone who’s never encountered the love of God, it could be the closest thing to feeling known by God that they’ve ever experienced.
